Terra Inka Cosmetics S.L. (here in after Aypa) is a limited liability company having its registered address at Valencia- Spain, with the Registry of Commerce and Companies under number B98276298 and VAT Registration number ES B98276298.
Any order made to private customers to AYPA on www.aypa-spa.com is subject with no limitations to the present Terms and Conditions. Private customers are hereby defined as private individuals who restrict the usage of AYPA Products to their own personal needs or those of their family and friends.
PRODUCTS
1.1. The Products covered by these Terms of Trade are all those presented at AYPA website, subject to availability.
1.2. All the products are new and presented in their original and sealed packaging.
1.3. We will use our best efforts to ensure that any photograph of any of our Products presented on our website is as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that the presentation of the Products as produced by your computer screen may differ from the exact Product or exact packaging.
PRICES
2.1 Our displayed product prices are in EUROS unless otherwise indicated.
2.2. Individual prices listed on www.aypa-spa.com include VAT and any other applicable taxes and duties of Spain.
2.3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2.4. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
2.5. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Product.

3.1. Orders placed directly on www.aypa-spa.com are processed for major credit cards using secure payment facilities.
3.2. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

4.1. No customer details submitted in www.aypa-spa.com are shared or passed to any third party with the exception of companies used by AYPA for the processing and dispatching of orders. 5.1. AYPA reserves the right to amend the present Terms and Conditions at any time with a new version of Terms and Conditions published on their website at www.aypa-spa.com. The Terms and Conditions applicable to any order are those published on www.aypa-spa.com at the date of the order.
5.2. A failure by AYPA to exercise or the delay in exercising a right provided by the present Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right, nor a waiver of other rights. No single partial exercise of a right under the present Terms and Conditions shall prevent any further exercise of the right or the exercise of any other right.
5.3. AYPA may not be held responsible for any failure to perform an obligation of the present Terms and Conditions in the case of force majeure or in any circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, act of God, governmental regulations, strikes, riots or the like, or shortages of supplies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
6.1. The name “AYPA” is protected by trademark law, and any use without the explicit permission of Terra Inka Cosmetics SL is prohibited.
6.2 The copyright and distribution rights of all goods sold under the brand name AYPA belong to the company Terra Inka Cosmetics SL, and may not be copied, imitated or reproduced in any form, without the written permission of Terra Inka Cosmetics SL.
6.3 The entire content included in the AYPA website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, interfaces, or code and the selection and arrangements thereof is copyrighted as a collective work under the copyright laws, and is the property of AYPA.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. Exclusively Spanish law applies for all business transactions.
7.2. Jurisdiction place is Valencia, Spain.
